Setting up shop with Harmony Connections in 2012, Amir’s career journey began in the UK, starting off as a Project Manager and Designer for a boutique hotel located in Knightsbridge, London. Making a bold career move few years down the line, Amir entered the world of recruitment, specializing in the construction industry at Randstad (Hill McGlynn).
After three years at Hill McGlynn, he moved to Dubai in 2008 and led the technical division at Gulf Connexions, placing candidates within the construction, oil and gas, and nationalization industries. Having worked for an SME under the valuable title of Division Director, Amir internally contributed to the development of the company and transformed the business from a 5-staff operation to a 15 staff, in addition to securing notable clients.
Based on this success, Amir decided to venture out on his own and launch Harmony Connections in a bid to effectively share his expertise and consult.
